Feta & Red Chard Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Clean about 8 mushroom heads
  • Throw 60gr Feta and a generous hand full of red chard in a blender with some spices
  • Fill the mushroom heads with the mixture
  • Put a thin slice of cheddar on top of each mushroom head
  • Bake at 200°C for 30 min
