Filled Squash (vegetarian or vegan)





1 button squash

2 cup boiled wild rice

1/2 small onion

1 garlic clove

1/2 green pepper

1 tomato

oregano, paprika, salt, pepper


Cut and fry vegetable and rice

Add spices and herbs

Cut squash in half

Scrape seeds out put filling in

Bake for ca 40 min at 200 (depends a bit on size)

1st Tip: Add feta on top of rice filling before baking 

2nd Tip vegan: Fry walnuts or pine nuts with the vegetables
